Study on Adaptive Reuse Design of Existing Buildings in Urban Renewal

在存量时代背景下,基于城市更新的理念对城市中老旧既有建筑的适应性再利用问题进行了分析,总结出既有建筑更新中新旧体量之间的适配方式。同时以浙江省丽水市龙泉国镜药厂遗址中的部分既有建筑为例,进行适应性再利用设计探究,提出注重既有建筑的保护与文脉传承、面貌再利用及功能性适应的设计思路。旨在通过对老旧既有建筑的激活,实践可持续发展的路径与城市文化脉络的传承。

In the context of the stock era,based on the concept of urban renewal,the problem of adaptive reuse of old existing buildings in the city was analyzed,and the adaptation methods between the old and new volumes in the renewal of existing buildings were summarized.At the same time,some existing buildings in the Longquan Guojing Pharmaceutical Factory site in Lishui City,Zhejiang Province are taken as an example to conduct research on adaptive reuse design,and propose a design that focuses on the protection and heritage of existing buildings,as well as appearance reuse and functional adaptation.ideas.It aims to practice the path of sustainable development and inherit the urban cultural context through the activation of old existing buildings.
