摘要
移动设备上用户界面载入模式的设计,是用户体验设计中必要的一环。文章研究不同情境下页面加载过程中的界面交互方式,以及相应的设计策略和实现方法。页面加载过程中,界面交互动作长时间缺失相应反馈,与屏幕交互的挫败感会让用户感觉到时间耗损,屏幕界面的吸引力相应下降。人机界面交互过程中,营造用户与界面交互的积极正面反馈,愉悦用户的情绪会有助于提高用户接受性和包容性。而界面加载过程中的图形视觉张力强化、图形动态化以及嵌入游戏化机制等设计策略都可以给交互过程增添趣味性,进而减缓用户对于时间流逝的感知,舒缓等待的燥虑,以达到提升用户体验设计的目的。
The loading modes of user interface on mobile devices is a necessary part of user experience design.This research studies the interaction modes of interface during page loading and the corresponding design strategies in different contexts.During the process of page loading,if there is no corresponding feedback on the interactivities to the interface,the frustration of interacting with the screen will make the user feel that the time is consumed,and the attractiveness of the screen interface decreases accordingly.In the process of human-computer interactivity,positive interaction with the interface will delight users emotionally,while improving users’acceptance of the product.Design strategies such as enhancing graphical tension,motion graphics,with gamification mechanisms during the interface loading process can add fun to the interactivity,thereby slowing down the user's perception of the passage of time and soothing the anxiety of waiting,in order to enhance the user experience.
