新文科建设背景下公安学类专业优化与整合研究

Major Optimization and Integration for Public Security DisciplineUnder the Background of New Liberal Arts Construction

“公安学”作为法学门类的新兴一级学科,是公安高等院校赖以生存和发展的重要基础,是承载公安高等院校基本职能的重要平台。基于对全国25所公安院校本科教学质量年报的分析,洞察到公安学类专业设置存在过多、过细、过窄,专业壁垒坚厚等问题。在新文科建设背景下,公安学类专业优化与整合要依循交叉、融合、特色、创新原则,面向学科建设与公安实战需求,构建具有中国特色的公安学学科体系和专业人才培养体系。

As an emerging first-level discipline in the category of law,public security discipline is an important foundation for the survival and development of police colleges,and an important platform for carrying the basic functions of police colleges.Based on the analysis of the annual reports on undergraduate teaching quality from 25 police colleges in China,this research finds that there are too many majors of public security discipline,and they are too detailed,too narrow,and the major barriers are hard to break.In the context of new liberal arts construction,the optimization and integration of public security majors should follow the principles of overlap,integration,being characterful and innovative,to meet the needs of discipline construction and public security practices,so as to build a public security discipline system and professional talent system with Chinese characteristics.
