With the rapid development of the Internet,the increasing rogue software has brought great trouble to users.These malicious software use various means to invade user devices,illegally obtain personal information,disseminate advertisements,destroy device functions and other ways,which poses a serious threat to user privacy and normal use experience.Users not only need to worry about personal information leakage and equipment damage,but also frequently suffer from advertising harassment and malicious links induced by rogue software,seriously interfering with the normal order of work and life.This paper puts forward the compensation and punishment measures for the victims of rogue software infringement,and further discusses the existing laws and regulations and regulatory mechanisms for the regulation of rogue software infringement.
