The food safety is closely linked with people’s life and health.Combating and preventing illegal food safety crimes is the top priority of food safety governance.It has the characteristics of strong concealment,great harm,large quantity and light punishment,and the continuous improvement of the criminal law regulation system is the key to avoid the lag and softness of criminal attack.According to the characteristics of illegal addition of food safety crime,this paper systematically analyzes the investigation difficulties of illegal addition behavior,so as to explore the investigation countermeasures of illegal addition of food safety crime,in order to protect people’s life and health and economic and social stability and harmony.
