不同聚合物弹性体改性乳化沥青的流变性能 被引量:1

摘要 针对微表处、超表处、高聚合物再生型乳化沥青封层等预防性养护技术特点,采用动态剪切流变仪,主要进行温度扫描、频率扫描、疲劳实验、重复蠕变实验及拉拔实验等,对比分析三类技术所用胶结料苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物(SBR)乳化沥青、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(EHV)乳化沥青、再生型(PMRE)乳化沥青的性能,并结合实际工程应用总结三类技术的适用性。结果表明,流体性能方面,PMRE和EHV乳化沥青具有较高的黏度和较低的法向力,具有较好的涂敷能力,适合于封层的洒布工艺,SBR乳化沥青具有较低的黏度和较高的法向力,不利于封层车洒布工艺,更适合于微表处用的拌合类工艺;残留物性能方面,PMRE的高低温性能比较均衡,而EHV乳化沥青的高温性能比较突出,SBR乳化沥青的低温性能较好,PMRE的疲劳性能优于SBR乳化沥青,劣于EHV乳化沥青;路用效果方面,PMRE性能最佳,EHV乳化沥青其次,SBR乳化沥青最差。 According to the characteristics of preventive maintenance technology such as micro-surface,over-surface and high viscosity recycled emulsified asphalt seal,dynamic shear rheometer is used to carry out temperature scanning,frequency scanning,fatigue test,repeated creep test and pull-out test,etc.The performances of SBR modified emulsified asphalt,emulsified high viscosity asphalt and high viscosity recycled emulsified asphalt used in three kinds of technologies are compared and analyzed.Combined with the practical engineering application,the applicability of three kinds of technologies is summarized.The results show that in terms of fluid performance,PMRE and EHV emulsified asphalt have higher viscosity and lower normal force,have better coating ability,and are suitable for coating spraying process.SBR emulsified asphalt has lower viscosity and higher normal force,which is not conducive to sealing car spraying process,and is more suitable for micro-surface mixing process.The high and low temperature performance of PMRE is relatively balanced.The high-temperature performance of EHV emulsified asphalt is quite outstanding.SBR emulsified asphalt has good low-temperature performance.The fatigue performance of PMRE is better than that of SBR emulsified asphalt,but worse than that of EHV emulsified asphalt.In terms of road use effect,the performance of PMRE is the best,EHV emulsified asphalt is the second,and SBR emulsified asphalt is the worst.
