摘要 分析了国内外两种星形氢化苯乙烯-二烯聚合物(HSD)黏度指数改进剂微观结构和使用性能差异,研究了国产HSD黏度指数改进剂的抗氧和清净性能改进方案,并进行了清净性能发动机台架评定。结果表明,两种HSD黏度指数改进剂产品单臂结构基本相同,臂数有所差异;同国外同类产品相比,国产HSD黏度指数改进剂的稠化能力和剪切稳定性能略差,但低温流动性能相对较好;屏蔽酚抗氧剂可以改善国产HSD黏度指数改进剂的抗氧性能;磺酸盐清净剂可以改善国产HSD黏度指数改进剂的清净性能;发动机台架实验结果显示,配方改进后采用国产HSD黏度指数改进剂配制的发动机油具有良好清净性能,满足欧洲汽车工业协会(ACEA)规格C系列产品要求。 The microstructure and performance difference of two star-shaped hydrogenated styrene-diene copolymer(HSD)viscosity index improvers from domestic and foreign sources were analyzed.The antioxidant and cleaning performances enhancement methods for domestic HSD viscosity index improver were studied and the cleaning performances were evaluated by engine tests.The results show that two viscosity index improvers have basically the same arm structure,but the arm numbers are different.The thickening ability and shear stability of domestic HSD viscosity index improver are a little worse than those of abroad HSD,but the low temperature flow performance of domestic HSD viscosity index improver is better.Antioxidant performance of domestic HSD viscosity index improver can be improved by phenol-ester antioxidant,and the cleaning performance can be improved by sulfonate detergent.The engine test results show that after the formulation improvement engine oil formulated with domestic HSD viscosity index improver has excellent cleaning performances,which meet the requirements of ACEA C series products.
