摘要
以丁二酸、己二酸、丁二醇、二甘醇和三羟甲基丙烷为原料,通过酯化-缩聚反应制得耐溶剂聚酯多元醇,利用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)对合成产物的结构进行表征。采用一步法制备低硬度聚氨酯弹性体,考察了聚酯多元醇中丁二酸的量、聚酯多元醇的官能度及相对分子质量对聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,聚酯多元醇中丁二酸用量占二元酸总质量的75%、聚酯多元醇相对分子质量约为4000、聚酯多元醇官能度为2.03时,其所制备的低硬度聚氨酯弹性体具有优异的力学性能、耐溶剂性能及加工使用性能。
Solvent-resistant polyester polyols were prepared by esterification-polycondensation reaction using succinic acid,adipic acid,butylene glycol,diethylene glycol and trimethylolpropane as raw materials,and the structure of the synthetic products was characterized by GPC and 1H-NMR.Low-hardness polyurethane elastomers were prepared by one-step method,and their application in low-hardness polyurethane elastomers was studied.And the effects of succinic acid,functional and molecular weight and the functional degree of polyester polyols on the properties of the polyurethane elastomers were investigated.The results showed that when the amount of succinic acid in polyester polyol accounted for 75%of the total weight of diacid,the molecular weight and the functional degree of polyester polyol were about 4000 and 2.03,respectively.And the low-hardness polyurethane elastomer of excellent mechanical properties,solvent resistance and processing performance was prepared.
