镁基亚克力新材料的制备及储氢性能测试

摘要 采用在气体选择性聚合物中保护纳米级空气敏感金属纳米晶体的方法合成空气稳定型镁基亚克力复合材料。利用SEM、XRD表征手段,系统地研究了储氢复合材料的显微形貌和相组成结构。通过单因素实验和滤氢机理的研究,总结了反应条件对镁基储氢材料的吸氢/脱氢性能影响、重点阐述了镁基亚克力复合材料组成成分-微观结构-储放氢性能之间的关系。该方法在低成本、高容量储氢介质方面提供了新的机会。 In this paper,air-stable Mg-based acrylic composites were synthesized by protecting nanoscale air-sensitive metal nanocrystals in gas-selective polymers.Using SEM and XRD characterization methods,the microscopic morphology and phase composition structure of hydrogen storage composites were systematically studied.Through the single factor experiment and the study of hydrogen filtration mechanism,the influence of reaction conditions on the hydrogen absorption/dehydrogenation performance of magnesium-based hydrogen storage materials is summarized,and the relationship between the composition of magnesium-based acrylic composite materials-microstructure-hydrogen storage and desorption performance is emphasized.The results demonstrate that this approach offers new opportunities in low-cost high-capacity hydrogen storage media.
