云南省农药管理现状和进展分析

Analysis of the Present Situation and Progress of Pesticide Management in Yunnan Province

本文结合云南省近三年来农药管理情况,总结梳理了主要做法、经验和取得的成效,分析了存在的三个方面问题,提出了四条建议:加强农药管理体系建设、加强农药管理政策引导、加强农药全程监督管理、加强宣传和技术培训。

Based on the pesticide management situation in Yunnan Province in the past three years,this paper summarized and sorted out the main practices,experiences and achievements,analyzed three main problems that currently exist,and four suggestions were proposed to promote pesticide management:strengthen the construction of the pesticide management system,strengthen the guidance of pesticide management policies,strengthen the supervision and management of pesticides throughout the whole process,and strengthen publicity and technical training.
