600 g/L氟噻草胺·吡氟酰草胺悬浮剂的配方研究

Study on the Formula of Flufenacet+Diflufenican 600 g/L SC

采用湿法砂磨制备工艺,对配方中的润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂进行了筛选。最终获得最佳配方为氟噻草胺32.5%,吡氟酰草胺16.3%,500 LQ 1%,D-4253.0%,SP-SC292.0%,丙三醇8%,硅酸镁铝0.5%,黄原胶0.1%,卡松0.1%,去离子水补至100%。依该配方制备的样品悬浮率高(>90%),稳定性好,各项指标均符合悬浮剂的要求。

The formulation of flufenacet+diflufenican 600 g/L SC was prepared by wet grinding technology.The critical co-formulants for the formulation,such as wetting dispersant,thickener and antifreeze were screened.The optimum formula of flufenacet+diflufenican 600 g/L SC was as follows:flufenacet 32.5%,diflufenican 16.3%,500 LQ 1%,D-4253.0%,SP-SC292.0%,glycerol 8%,aluminium-magnesium silicate 0.5%,xanthan 0.1%,kathon 0.1%,deionized water added to 100%.Experimental tests showed that flufenacet+diflufenican 600 g/L SC obtained a high suspension rate(>90%)and good stability.The test results met the requirements of suspension concentrate.
