摘要
文章旨在研究牛至精油对肉兔生长性能、肉品质和经济效益的影响。试验将生长和健康状况良好的320只32日龄的断奶仔兔随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复10只。分别在基础日粮中添加0%、0.05%、0.1%和0.15%的牛至精油。试验为期42 d(预饲期7 d,正试期35 d)。试验结果表明,在初始体重无显著差异的前提下(P>0.05),日粮添加0.1%的牛至精油可显著提高肉兔终末体重(0.19 kg)和平均日增重(5.43 g)(P<0.05);日粮添加牛至精油可显著降低肉兔的料重比,与对照组相比,日粮添加0.1%的牛至精油后料重比显著降低0.54%(P<0.05);此外,日粮添加牛至精油对肉兔平均日采食量无显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮中添加牛至精油显著降低肉兔背腰最长肌1 h亮度(P<0.05);日粮添加牛至精油可显著降低肉兔背腰最长肌的24 h亮度和滴水损失(P<0.05);此外,日粮添加牛至精油对肉兔背腰最长肌1 h红度、黄度、pH、滴水损失和24 h红度、黄度及pH均无显著影响(P>0.05)。随着日粮中牛至精油添加量的提高,本试验组日粮单价分别为3.61、3.67、3.73和3.79元/kg;各组增重成本分别为14.63、13.96、12.67和13.81元;综合计算得本试验各组毛利润分别为7.02、8.12、10.34和8.61元。总之,在本试验条件下,肉兔日粮牛至精油最适添加量为0.10%。
This study aims to investigate the effects of oregano essential oil on the growth performance,meat quality,and economic benefits of meat rabbits.32032 day old weaned rabbits with good growth and health were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 8 replicates in each group and 10 rabbits in each replicate.Add 0%,0.05%,0.1%,and 0.15%oregano essential oil to the basic diet as the experimental diet.The experiment lasted for a total of 42 days(including 7 days for pre testing and 35 days for formal testing).The results showed that,without significant difference in initial body weight(P>0.05),adding 0.1%oregano essential oil to the diet significantly increased the final body weight(0.19 kg)and average daily gain(5.43 g)of meat rabbits(P<0.05);Adding oregano essential oil to the diet significantly reduced the feed to weight ratio of meat rabbits.Compared with the control group,adding 0.1%oregano essential oil to the diet significantly reduced the feed to weight ratio by 0.54%(P<0.05);In addition,the addition of oregano essential oil to the diet had no significant effect on the average daily feed intake of meat rabbit(s P>0.05).Adding oregano essential oil to the diet significantly reduced the 1-hour brightness of the longissimus dorsi and lumbar muscles in meat rabbits(P<0.05);Adding oregano essential oil to the diet significantly reduced the 24-hour brightness and drip loss of the longissimus dorsi and lumbar muscles in meat rabbits(P<0.05);In addition,the addition of oregano essential oil to the diet did not significantly affect the 1-hour redness,yellowness,pH,drip loss,and 24-hour redness,yellowness,and pH of the longissimus muscle of meat rabbits(P>0.05).With the increase of the amount of oregano essential oil added to the diet,the unit prices of each group's diet in this experiment were 3.61,3.67,3.73,and 3.79 yuan/kg,respectively;The calculated weight gain costs for each group were 14.63,13.96,12.67,and 13.81 yuan,respectively;Based on comprehensive calculations,the gross profit of each group in this experiment was 7.02,8.12,10.34,and 8.61 yuan,respectively.In summary,under the conditions of this experiment,the optimal amount of oregano essential oil added to the diet of meat rabbits is 0.10%.
