摘要
文章旨在分析基础日粮中添加中草药渣发酵制剂后,散养鸡生长性能、抗氧化能力指标变化情况,试验选取300只近1日龄散养鸡(圈地放养),随机分为对照组(饲喂基础日粮)、T1组(基础日粮+1.0%中草药渣发酵制剂)和T2组(基础日粮+2.0%中草药渣发酵制剂)3个处理,每个处理10个重复,每个重复10只,试验为期50 d。试验结果表明,(1)生长性能:T1、T2组日均增重、末重显著高于对照组(P <0.05),T1组日均采食量、料重比显著低于T2组和对照组(P <0.05);(2)抗氧化能力:T1、T2组丙二醛含量显著低于对照组(P <0.05),T1组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和总抗氧化能力显著高于T2组和对照组(P <0.05);各处理间过氧化物歧化酶无显著差异(P> 0.05)。经本次试验研究结果可知,在散养鸡基础日粮中添加中草药渣发酵制剂有助于促进其生长发育,增强抗氧化能力,1.0%添加比例最佳。
The purpose of this study was to analyze the changes of growth performance and antioxidant capacity indexes of free-range chickens after adding Chinese herbal residue fermentation preparation to the basic diet.300 free-range chickens of nearly 1 day old were selected.They were randomly divided into control group(feeding a basal diet),T1 group(feeding a basal diet+1.0%Chinese herbal residue fermentation preparation)and T2 group(feeding a basal diet+2.0%Chinese herbal residue fermentation preparation)with 10 replicates per treatment and 10 birds per replicate.The experiment period was 50 days.The results showed as follows:(1)Growth performance:average daily gain and final weight in groups T1 and T2 were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),average daily feed intake and ratio of feed to gain in group T1 were significantly lower than those in group T2 and control group(P<0.05);(2)Antioxidant capacity:the malondialdehyde content in groups T1 and T2 was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the glutathione peroxidase,catalase and total antioxidant capacity in group T1 were significantly higher than those in group T2 and control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in peroxide dismutase among all treatments(P>0.05).According to the results of this study,the supplementation of Chinese herbal residue fermentation preparation in the basal diet of free-range chickens can promote their growth and development,and enhance their antioxidant capacity,and the supplementation ratio of 1.0%is the best.
