摘要
文章旨在研究不同种植密度对全株青贮玉米发酵品质和营养成分的影响。试验共3组:其中种植密度分别为6×104、7.5×104和9×104株/hm2,以玉米籽粒乳线达50%为收割条件。试验结果表明,低密度种植组全株玉米青贮粗蛋白质含量显著高于高密度种植组(P <0.05);低密度和中密度种植组全株玉米青贮中性洗涤纤维含量显著低于高密度种植组(P <0.05);种植密度对全株青贮玉米粗脂肪、粗纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量及感官评价得分无显著影响(P> 0.05)。低密度和中密度种植组全株玉米青贮pH显著低于高密度种植组(P <0.05);低密度和中密度种植组全株玉米青贮乳酸和丁酸含量显著高于高密度种植组(P <0.05);不同种植密度对全株青贮玉米乙酸和丙酸含量无显著影响(P> 0.05)。不同种植密度对全株青贮玉米乳酸菌、好氧细菌及酵母菌和霉菌含量无显著影响(P> 0.05);此外,本试验未检测到大肠杆菌。总之,本试验结果表明,低密度和中密度种植组全株青贮玉米发酵品质和营养成分明显优于高密度种植组。
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of different planting densities on the fermentation quality and nutritional composition of whole plant silage corn.There are three groups in the experiment:the planting density is 6×104,7.5×104 and 9×104 plants/hm2,harvested under the condition of corn kernel milk line reaching 50%.The experimental results showed that the crude protein content of corn silage in the low density planting group was significantly higher than that in the high density planting group(P<0.05);The content of neutral washing fiber in the whole plant of corn silage in the low and medium density planting groups was significantly lower than that in the high density planting group(P<0.05);The planting density had no significant effect on the content of crude fat,crude fiber,acidic washing fiber,and sensory evaluation scores of the entire silage corn plant(P>0.05).The pH of whole plant corn silage in the low and medium density planting groups was significantly lower than that in the high density planting group(P<0.05);The content of lactic acid and butyric acid in the whole plant of corn silage in the low and medium density planting groups was significantly higher than that in the high density planting group(P<0.05);Different planting densities had no significant effect on the acetic acid and propionic acid content of the entire silage corn plant(P>0.05).Different planting densities did not significantly affect the content of lactic acid bacteria,aerobic bacteria,yeast and mold in the entire silage corn plant(P>0.05);In addition,no Escherichia coli was detected in this experiment.In summary,the results of this experiment indicate that the fermentation quality and nutritional composition of whole plant silage corn in the low and medium density planting groups are significantly better than those in the high density planting group.
