摘要
在跨境电商发展的背景下,中国中小型饲料企业电商人才培养激励措施是一个直接关系企业发展的问题。文章在分析中小型饲料企业电商人才培养、激励的必要性与现状的基础上,也尝试寻找解决问题的对策,如更新电商人才的培训理念,创新饲料电商的培训方法;依据跨境电商发展实际,不断完善电商人才培训内容;健全电商人才培训考核制度,将考核结果与员工个人利益挂钩;构建以人为本的企业文化,完善电商人才激励机制。
Under the background of cross-border e-commerce development,the incentive of small and medium-sized feed enterprises to cultivate e-commerce talents is a problem related to enterprise development.Based on the analysis of the necessity and current situation of the training and incentive of e-commerce talents for small and medium-sized feed enterprises,this paper also tries to find solutions to the problems,namely,updating the concept of e-commerce talent training and innovating the training methods for feed e-commerce;Continuously improve the training content of e-commerce talents according to the actual development of cross-border e-commerce;Improve the training and assessment system of e-commerce talents,and link the assessment results with the personal interests of employees;Build a people-oriented corporate culture and improve the incentive mechanism for e-commerce talents.
