摘要
人力资源管理是饲料企业管理工作中必不可少的一部分,其对饲料企业战略目标的实现具有积极的推动作用。因此,在企业管理中需要明确人力资源管理与饲料企业战略目标的关系,结合战略目标导向和饲料企业人力资源管理的特征,深度挖掘人力资源管理优势,充分发挥人力资源管理对饲料企业战略目标的推动作用,从而使饲料企业在人力资源管理的支持下获得更好的经济效益和社会效益。
Human resource management is an indispensable part of the management of feed enterprises,which plays a positive role in promoting the realization of strategic objectives of feed enterprises.Therefore,in enterprise management,it is necessary to clarify the relationship between human resource management and strategic objectives of feed enterprises,combine the characteristics of human resource management of feed enterprises under the guidance of strategic objectives,deeply tap the advantages of human resource management,and give full play to the role of human resource management in promoting the strategic objectives of feed enterprises,so that feed enterprises can obtain better economic and social benefits with the support of human resource management.
