Research on the New Changes and Characteristics of the Amendment to the CPC Constitution at the 20th National Congress

党的二十大后,中国共产党面对新征程上的新发展,适应新时代的要求,提出党章修正案。在广泛征求党内外意见的基础上,对党章进一步完善,形成了新的党章修正案。党章修正案涵盖更广泛、内容更全面,呈现出新的特点,凸显出时代要求,可以更全面地指导党在新时代的各项建设任务,为中国共产党团结带领全国各族人民实现第二个百年奋斗目标、实现中华民族伟大复兴提供坚实的制度保障。

After the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),facing new developments on a new journey and adapting to the requirements of a new era,the CPC proposed amendments to the Party Constitution.Based on extensive solicitation of opinions from both within and outside the Party,the Party Constitution was further improved,resulting in a new amendment.The amended Party Constitution covers a wider range and more comprehensive content,exhibiting new characteristics that highlight the demands of the times.It can more comprehensively guide the Party in its various construction tasks in the new era,providing a solid institutional guarantee for the CPC to unite and lead the people of all ethnic groups in China to achieve the Second Centenary Goals and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
