Global Competence Cultivation of Young Students in Chinese Colleges and Universities:Needs of the Times,Dilemmas of the Reality,and Reflections on the Way Forward

我国高校在全球胜任力人才培养的理念、目标、措施方面依然存在较大的提升空间,基于破解难题的现实维度,高校应重新审视全球胜任力人才培养体制,从贯彻办学理念、健全目标机制、完善培育举措三点发力,以推进我国高等教育的全球化参与程度。

There is still much room for improvement in the concepts,objectives and measures of cultivating globally competent talents in China’s colleges and universities.Based on the realistic dimension of solving the problems,colleges and universities should re-examine the system of cultivating globally competent talents,and make an effort in implementing the philosophy of school running,improving the target mechanism and perfecting the cultivation measures,so as to promote the degree of globalization of China’s higher education participation.
