基于BIM模型的贝雷架结构参数转化方法研究

摘要 为减少BIM模型转化为有限元分析模型时出现信息丢失的情况,本文以贝雷架支承结构为研究对象,基于Visual Studio平台分别对Revit建模软件和SAP2000有限元分析软件进行二次开发工作,实现提取实际工程中的BIM模型信息,以及通过程序接口调用软件的功能函数进行建模的功能。结合装配式结构的建模特点,本文预先在有限元软件中对不同构件单元进行定义和装配,将无法传输的信息要素提前内置到构件中,并将提取的BIM模型参数作为控制变量加载到装配算法中,实现有限元模型与BIM工程模型的联接,完成贝雷架结构从BIM模型到分析模型的转化,该方法能避免重复性的建模工作,实现装配式结构的参数化建模,可根据实际工程模型修改参数达到快速创建模型的目的,扩大BIM模型数据的应用价值。 The paper aims to reduce the loss of information when the BIM model is converted into the finite element analysis model.Taking the supporting structure of the bailey structure as the research object,the paper carries out the secondary development of the Revit modeling software and the SAP2000 finite element analysis software based on the visual studio platform.Moreover,the paper extracts the BIM model information in the actual project and calls the function of the software through the program interface for modeling.Combined with the modeling characteristics of the fabricated structure,this paper defines and assembles different component elements in the finite element software,builds the information elements that cannot be transmitted into the components in advance,and then loads the extracted BIM model parameters into the assembly algorithm as control variables,which realizes the connection between the finite element model and the BIM engineering model and completes the transformation of the bailey structure from the BIM model to the analysis model,This method proposed in the paper can avoid the repetitive modeling work and realize the parametric modeling of the fabricated structure.What’s more,it can also modify the parameters according to the actual engineering model to achieve fast creating the model and expand the application value of BIM model data.
