学校综合类建筑大跨结构设计探讨

学校建筑设计呈现综合化设计趋向,建筑功能的综合设计则是其中之一,其又与建筑结构设计存在内在关联性。与此同时,在信息技术的高速发展下,一些新型建筑设计及施工技术得到有效运用,解决了不少建筑设计及施工的难题。本文以深圳市地铁前海车辆段上盖物业三期建筑——九年一贯制学校建筑设计项目为例,对其结构设计的综合化与信息化进行解读,以期为学校综合类建筑大跨结构设计及施工优化提供一定借鉴与参考,进一步丰富我国学校综合类建筑大跨结构设计研究。

The school architectural design presents the trend of comprehensive design.The architectural functions are part of comprehensive design,and have an inherent correlation with the architectural structure design.At the same time,under the rapid development of information technology,some new architectural design and construction technology have been effectively used,which has solved many problems in architectural design and construction.This paper takes the design project of a nine-year compulsory school building on the third phase of the Qianhai capping projecct of Shenzhen Metro as an example,interprets the integration and informatization of its structural design,in order to provide some reference for the design and construction optimization of large span structures in school comprehensive buildings,and further enrich the research on the design of large span structures in school comprehensive buildings in China.
