中小学地下空间功能利用和空间组织研究——以深圳市集约型中小学为例

秉承集约化理念,开发校园地下空间能有效提高校园用地的资源利用率,缓解用地不足的困境。本文以深圳市中小学地下空间为研究对象,尝试从功能利用和空间组织两方面对其中小学地下空间进行分析探讨,总结集约型中小学地下空间的功能利用和空间组织策略,以期为我国城市中小学地下空间的开发与利用提供理论支撑。

Adhering to the concept of intensification,the development of campus underground space can effectively improve the resource utilization rate of campus land and alleviate the dilemma of lack of land use.This article takes the underground space of Shenzhen primary and secondary schools as the research objects,analyzes the underground space of primary and secondary schools from both aspects of functional utilization and spatial organization,and summarize the functional utilization and spatial organization strategies of the underground space of intensified primary and secondary schools,which could provide theoretical support for the underground space development and utilization of the primary and secondary schools.
