老旧商业中心项目改造管理分析

城市老旧商业综合体改造是时代发展的趋势,在老旧商业项目改造中,项目改造管理需要改造实施单位和相关负责人具备相应的技术与组织管理能力。针对区域综合性强、交通复杂、人口密度大的商业综合体改造应因地制宜,制定适合商业中心的改造方案和实施计划。本文以广州市某商业项目改造工程为例,从项目改造实施、工期计划管理、现场施工管理和工程技术管理等方面进行深入探讨和总结,将此类老旧商业综合体改造实施方案具体化和细则化,并通过对比同类项目先前的改造方案提出一些建议,为此类改造项目的实施提供一定参考和借鉴。

The renovation of urban old commercial complex is a trend of the times.In the renovation of old commercial projects,project renovation management requires the implementation unit and relevant responsible persons to have corresponding technical and organizational management capabilities.For the renovation of commercial complexes with strong regional comprehensiveness,complicated transportation and high population density,suitable renovation plans and implementation plans for commercial centers should be formulated according to local conditions.This article takes a commercial complex renovation project in Guangzhou as an example,conducts in-depth discussions and summaries from the aspects of project renovation implementation,schedule management,on-site construction management,and engineering technology management,and concretizes in details the renovation implementation plan for this type of old commercial complex.By comparing the previous renovation plans of similar projects,some suggestions are proposed to provide certain reference for the implementation of such renovation projects.
