According to the experimental standard,《commonly Used by Third-party Environmental testing Companies》(HJ 636-2012),this paper analyzes the determination of total nitrogen in water by alkaline potassium persulfate digestion ultraviolet spectrophotometry,focusing on the characteristics of total nitrogen experiments under different conditions,factors affecting the final experimental results and solutions,and common problems encountered in third-party laboratory analysis.Based on the experimental situation,This paper summarize the problems and solutions in the experiment and make a comparative analysis.
