Research on the Implementation of Environmental Impact Assessment Management Requirements for Industrial Park Planning in Guizhou Province

本文通过调查贵州省内产业园区规划环评执行情况,并选取对已实施环评的6个开发区中规划环评、环境准入制度执行情况进行调查研究,调查各个园区规划环评的情况,园区内项目是否有不符合规划环评结论的现象,是否存在重复评价或过度简化、随意简化的现象,并调查了解当地开发区园区管委会和属地环境保护管理部门对园区规划清单式管理存在的困难和问题。

This paper by investigating the implementation of environmental impact assessment(EIA)for industrial park planning in Guizhou Province,and selecting six development zones that have been implemented in Guizhou Province,the implementation of EIA and environmental access systems has been investigated and studied.The status of planning EIA for each park has been investigated,and whether there are any projects in the park that do not comply with the conclusions of the EIA,whether there are repeated evaluations,excessive simplifications,or arbitrary simplifications,Investigate and understand the difficulties and problems faced by the local development zone park management committee and local environmental protection management department in managing the park planning checklist.
