摘要
本文通过对亚甲基蓝分光光度法和气相分子吸收光谱法的比对分析,探究日常水质监测中硫化物的测定方法,通过对线性、相对标准偏差和回收率的比较表明,两种方法均能够满足日常水质监测的要求,且气相分子吸收光谱法相较于亚甲基蓝分光光度法的实验效率和自动化程度更高,适合于在样品较多时使用。
In this paper,methylene blue spectrophotometry and gas phase molecular absorption spectrometry are compared to explore the determination of sulfide in daily water quality monitoring.The comparison of linear,relative standard deviation and recovery rate shows that both methods can meet the requirements of daily water quality monitoring.Compared with methylene blue spectrophotometry,gas phase molecular absorption spectrometry has higher experimental efficiency and automation,and is suitable for more samples.
