摘要
国务院“十四五”节能减排综合工作方案针对大气环境污染防治特别是VOCs污染防控工作提出了严格的要求,面对频发的复合型大气污染状况,臭氧及VOCs污染治理工作严峻而迫切。本文简单叙述了臭氧、VOCs大气污染物的基本概念及相互关联性、产生原因以及对产生大气环境污染的影响因素。通过介绍有关VOCs污染防治技术策略及现行常用的处置技术方法,进一步阐述当前VOCs污染防治的发展现状、存在的不足,并就做好VOCs污染防控工作提出了一些建议和措施。
The State Council's"14 th Five Year Plan"comprehensive work plan for energy conservation and emission reduction has put forward strict requirements for the prevention and control of atmospheric environmental pollution,especially VOCs pollution.Faced with the frequent occurrence of composite air pollution,the work of ozone and VOCs pollution control is severe and urgent.This article briefly describes the basic concepts,interrelationships,causes,and influencing factors of ozone and VOCs atmospheric pollutants.By introducing relevant VOCs pollution prevention and control technology strategies and commonly used disposal methods,it further elaborates on the current development status and shortcomings of VOCs pollution prevention and control,and puts forward some suggestions and measures for doing a good job in VOCs pollution prevention and control.
