传统餐饮品牌形象设计个性化研究——以“搞定”螺蛳粉为例

摘要 在当今竞争激烈的餐饮行业中,让传统餐饮品牌成为记忆亮点,打造独特的品牌形象,成为各餐饮企业关注的焦点,是传统餐饮行业注入新活力的注脚。螺蛳粉作为广西柳州特色民间小吃,集齐鲜、辣、酸、臭的味道总是令人不能忘怀,更是将中国传统美食推出世界,销售各国。合理利用本土饮食和地域文化,将柳州螺蛳粉进行个性化创意设计,对外可以树立传统螺蛳粉的餐饮品牌整体形象,对内可以增强品牌的文化内涵。 In today's highly competitive catering industry,making traditional catering brands become the highlight of memory,creating a unique brand image,and becoming the focus of catering enterprises is a footnote to inject new vitality into the traditional catering industry.As a characteristic folk snack in Liuzhou,Guangxi Province,snail rice noodle is always unforgettable in its fresh,spicy,sour and smelly taste,and it also introduces traditional Chinese cuisine to the world.Sold by country.Rational use of local diet and regional culture,Liuzhou Luosifen personalized creative design,on the one hand,can establish the overall image of traditional Luosifen catering brand,on the other hand,can enhance the cultural connotation of the brand.
