工业遗产型空间再生设计研究——以山东淄博重工业城市转型为例

Research on Regeneration Design of Industrial Heritage-Type Space——The Transformation of Heavy Industrial City of Zibo,Shandong Province as an Example

随着城市建设及产业结构调整,越来越多位于城市中心区域的工业厂区失去了原有的生产功能而处于闲置、荒废的状态。据相关研究显示,创意产业园是目前国内工业遗产更新中的业态首选,成为文化创意产业的集聚平台。本研究旨在探讨工业遗产型创意产业园改造案例,全面了解工业遗产空间的再生特征,最后对山东淄博重工业城市的转型及空间再利用提出相应的建议参考。

With urban construction and industrial restructuring,more and more industrial factories located in the city center area have lost their original production function and are in an idle and deserted state.According to relevant studies,creative industrial parks are currently the preferred mode of business in the renewal of industrial heritage in China,and have become a platform for the agglomeration of cultural and creative industries.This study aims to explore the transformation cases of creative industrial parks in industrial heritage,and comprehensively understands the regeneration characteristics of industrial heritage space.Finally,it puts forward corresponding suggestions for the transformation and spatial reuse of the heavy industrial city of Zibo in Shandong.
