基于“CCRC”模式下适老化智能家居设计研究

Research on Aging Adaptable Smart Home Design Based on“CCRC”Mode

随着我国老龄化程度不断加深,养老问题日益显现,传统的养老模式已经越来越不适合现在社会的发展,赡养空巢老人与年轻人工作冲突现象越来越严峻。为缓解这一现象,从外国引进了“CCRC”这一模式来解决我国现在出现的养老问题,智能化家居的出现在一定程度上缓解了这一社会问题,与此同时出现专门为老年人服务的适老化智能家居。但“CCRC”模式的引进并不符合中国的养老现状,出现设计混乱、定位不清、服务效率低下以及定价昂贵的问题。

As China's aging population continues to deepen,the issue of elderly care is becoming increasingly apparent.The traditional elderly care model is no longer suitable for the development of society,and the conflict between supporting empty nest elderly and young people in work is becoming increasingly severe.In order to alleviate this phenomenon,the“CCRC”model was introduced from foreign countries to solve the current pension problem in China.The emergence of smart home has alleviated this social problem to a certain extent,and at the same time,an aging smart home dedicated to the elderly has emerged.However,the introduction of the“CCRC”model does not meet the current situation of elderly care in China,resulting in problems such as chaotic design,unclear positioning,low service efficiency,and expensive pricing.
