“双碳”目标下城市生态系统碳计量模型研究

摘要 落实“双碳”目标是一项实现能源革命的系统工程,是适应时代发展、提升中国国际影响力的重要一步,而提升城市生态系统的固碳能力是顺利推进“双碳”目标的关键。为了较为准确地评估城市固碳能力,提出了城市生态系统的碳计量模型,着重研究移动源和静止源的计算方法,分析碳排量与能源消费量的内在关系,此模型可以对城市碳排放和碳汇进行可靠评价,实现城市碳计量的量化研究,以蚌埠市能源消费总量为数据源计算碳排放总量,用于碳管理的进一步分析。该模型可在城市生态系统碳计量的基础上构建一套绿色低碳城市评价体系,为低碳城市碳管理提供参考。 The implementation of the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goal is a systematic project to realize the energy revolution,and an important step to adapt to the development of the times and enhance China's international influence.Improving the carbon sequestration capacity of urban ecosystems is the key to successfully promote the"dual carbon"goal.In order to accurately evaluate urban carbon sequestration capacity,this paper proposes a carbon metering model for urban ecosystem,focusing on the calculation methods of mobile source and stationary source,and analyzing the internal relationship between carbon emissions and energy consumption.This model can reliably evaluate urban carbon emissions and carbon sink,and realize quantitative research on urban carbon metering.The total energy consumption of Bengbu city was taken as the data source to calculate the total carbon emissions for further analysis of carbon management.This model can build a set of green and low-carbon city evaluation system on the basis of urban ecosystem carbon measurement,and provide theoretical support for low-carbon city carbon management.
