海绵城市建设对碳汇效应的影响及定性评价体系构建

摘要 在宏观层面,海绵城市的建设与“碳中和”“碳达峰”的目标是相一致的,它们共同促进了城市的可持续发展和提升了城市应对气候变化的能力。例如,海绵城市通过改善城市的绿地和湿地系统,可以增加碳的吸收和固定能力,减少碳排放。此外,海绵城市的水资源管理系统可以减少能源消耗和碳排放,进而提高城市的能源效率。为厘清海绵城市如何在减少碳排放方面发挥作用及海绵城市的水资源管理系统如何间接减少能源消耗和碳排放,对主要海绵技术措施的碳汇机制进行了定性分析,并参考《海绵城市建设技术指南》等资料,以用地类型、海绵技术类型、海绵技术措施为体系骨架,以碳汇速率、环境适应性、经济性、综合碳汇评估指数等为定性评价内容,构建了海绵城市措施对城市生态系统碳汇效应影响的定性评价体系。 At the macro level,the construction of sponge cities is consistent with the goals of carbon neutrality and carbon peak,which jointly promotes the sustainable development of cities and enhances their ability to respond to climate changes.In order to clarify how sponge cities play a role in reducing carbon emissions and how the water resource management system of sponge cities indirectly reduces energy consumption and carbon emissions,this study qualitatively analyzed the carbon sink mechanism of the main sponge technology measures.In addition,this study referred to the materials such as the Technical Guidelines for Sponge City Construction and other materials.Land types,sponge technology types and sponge technology measures are used as the system framework.Carbon sink rate,environmental adaptability,economy,and comprehensive carbon sink evaluation index are used as the qualitative evaluation content.A qualitative evaluation system of the effects of sponge city measures on the carbon sink effect of urban ecosystem is established.
