医化企业废水处理设施处理能力效果评估

摘要 依据绿色发展要求和相关法律法规、行业标准,需开展医药化工行业环境综合整治提升工作。为了解企业废水处理设施的处理能力,某医化企业进行废水处理设施处理能力的主动核查和效果评估工作,通过实地调研和人员访谈,分析废水产生、收集、处理工艺和处理流程等情况,科学设置12个采样点位,采集废水样品24份进行了分析。结果显示:该企业废水处理设施运行良好,设计处理能力为2100t/d;废水收集严格遵循标准;废水预处理阶段对化学需氧量、氨氮、总磷、总氮的去除率分别为12.2%、59.5%、70.3%、32.4%,基本合格;一期和二期废水生化处理阶段根据设施不同,对主要污染因子的去除率为1.5%~96.9%,各项污染因子指标均能达到排放标准;每吨废水处理成本为16.64元,较为合理。该废水站处理设施处理能力合格,未来应加强废水处理设施的持续运行和维护,以确保废水处理效果满意。 According to the requirements of green development and relevant laws and regulations or industry standards,it is necessary to carry out comprehensive environmental remediation and improvement work in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry.In order to understand the treatment capacity of wastewater treatment facilities of enterprises,a medical and chemical enterprise carried out the active verification and effect evaluation of the capacity of wastewater treatment facilities.Through field investigation and personnel interview,the production,collection,treatment process and treatment flow of wastewater were analyzed.12 sampling points were scientifically set up,and 24 samples of wastewater were collected for analysis.The results show that the wastewater treatment facility of the enterprise runs well,and the designed treatment capacity is 2100t/d.Wastewater collection strictly follows the standards;The removal rates of chemical oxygen demand,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and total nitrogen were 12.2%,59.5%,70.3% and 32.4%,respectively,which were basically qualified.According to the different facilities,the removal rate of main pollution factors in the first and second stage of biochemical treatment of wastewater ranges from 1.5% to 96.9%,and all pollution factors can meet the discharge standards.The cost of wastewater treatment per ton is 16.64 yuan,which is more reasonable.The treatment capacity of the wastewater treatment facility is qualified,and the continuous operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment facility should be done well in the future to ensure that the wastewater treatment effect is satisfactory.
