摘要
为进一步研究粉煤灰筒仓坍塌事故原因,以某事故为研究对象,运用拉伸实验对粉煤灰筒仓立柱母材进行了力学性能分析,运用有限元模拟对粉煤灰筒仓在运行情况下受力情况与偏移情况进行了分析计算,查明了事故原因。结果表明:在罐体4个支撑立柱壁厚为6 mm结构尺寸条件下,所使用碳素结构钢钢强度级别低,其许用应力不能满足罐体满载时的强度要求;单侧立柱内没有灌满水泥,局部位置中空的现象,引起4个支撑立柱受力不均匀,导致罐体出现较大的偏心位移。
In order to investigate the factors leading to the collapse of flyash storage tanks,a specific incident was chosen as the subject of research.Tensile experiments were conducted to analyze the mechanical properties of the main material of the columns in the flyash storage tank.Finite element simulations were employed to analyze and calculate the stress distribution and displacement of the tank under operating conditions,aiming to identify the causes of the accident.The findings indicate that,under the structural conditions of the four supporting column walls with a thickness of 6mm,the low strength grade of carbon structural steel used does not meet the strength requirements when the tank is fully loaded.Additionally,the absence of cement filling in the internal hollow sections of one side of the columns has led to uneven force distribution on the four supporting columns,resulting in significant eccentric displacement of the tank.
