贵州省县域经济与生态文明协同发展研究

Synergetic Development of County Economy and Ecological Civilization in Guizhou

县域经济发展是国民经济与社会建设的重要组成部分,而生态文明对县域经济的发展具有导向作用。分析了贵州省县域经济与生态文明的关系,指出了县域经济与生态文明协同发展存在的问题:理论缺乏、基础设施落后、资本投入不足、环境破坏严重等。为此,提出了以新时代习近平生态文明思想引领县域经济发展、加强县域基础设施建设、加大财政支持力度、增强县域间合作、大力发展县域特色生态产业、加强科技创新与人力资源开发等政策建议,试图为贵州省实现县域经济与生态文明协同发展提供参考。

The county economy development is an important part of national economy and social construction,and ecological civilization has a guiding role to the development of county economy.Based on the analysis of the relationship between county economy and ecological civilization in Guizhou Province,this paper points out the problems existing in the coordinated development of county economy and ecological civilization through its development status:lack of theory,backward infrastructure,insufficient capital investment,serious environmental damage,etc.It also puts forward some policy suggestions,such as leading county economic development with the thought of ecological civilization in the new era,strengthening county infrastructure construction,increasing financial support,enhancing inter-county cooperation,vigorously developing county characteristic ecological industry,strengthening scientific and technological innovation and human resources development,etc.This paper points out the direction for realizing the coordinated development of county economy and ecological civilization in Guizhou.
