Different technologies in crude oil dehydration process were introduced and compared,including open dehydration and closed dehydration,chemical dehydration method,and petroleum electrolysis desalination tank.It provides a detailed explanation of the process flow,equipment,advantages and disadvantages of various technologies,and evaluates and compares them based on actual situations.At the same time,the article also introduces a dehydration process suitable for petroleum,including DC discharge,AC discharge,pulse discharge,etc.Finally,the article summarizes the application prospects and development directions of various technologies,as well as future research directions and challenges.
