CT影像诊断支气管扩张症的临床作用探析

Clinical Role of CT Imaging in the Diagnosis of Bronchiectasis

分析CT影像检查技术在支气管扩张症治疗中的临床价值与临床有效性。选取自2022年3月—2022年7月进入河北省沧州中西医结合医院治疗支气管扩张症的100名患者为研究对象。所有患者经支气管造影检查确诊为支气管扩张症,并通过随机分配原则把所有患者分为了对照组(n=50)和实验组(n=50),对照组采用普通的CT检查,而实验组则采用128排多螺旋CT检查,对比两组的检查结果。结果显示,经CT影像学检查结果表明,实验组的检测准确性明显优于对照组。实验组患者经CT影像扫查后,所有患者均被诊断为支气管扩张症,准确率达100%;而对照组患者经常规CT影响检查后检出率为65%,确诊率远低于实验组。研究发现,应用多螺旋CT对支气管扩张症患者进行检测,可以得到清晰的CT成像图,不仅有极高的诊断准确率,还可判断出病症的类型,可见多螺旋CT成像图具备较高的临床应用价值可以进行临床推广。

To analyze the clinical value and clinical effectiveness of CT imaging in the treatment of bronchiectasis.From March 2022 to July 2022,100 patients were selected to enter Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Hebei Province for the treatment of bronchiectasis.All patients were diagnosed with bronchiectasis by bronchography,and all patients were divided into control group(n=50)and experimental group(n=50)by random allocation principle,the control group used ordinary CT examination,and the experimental group used 128-row multi-helix CT examination to compare the examination results of the two groups.The results showed that the results of CT imaging showed that the detection accuracy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.After CT image scanning,all patients in the experimental group were diagnosed with bronchiectasis with 100%accuracy.The detection rate of patients in the control group after routine CT influence examination was 65%,and the diagnosis rate was much lower than that of the experimental group.The study found that the use of multi-helix CT to detect patients with bronchiectasis can obtain clear CT imaging pictures,which not only have high diagnostic accuracy,but also judge the type of disease,which shows that multi-helix CT imaging images have high clinical application value and can be clinically promoted.
