双嘧达莫联合泼尼松治疗小儿肾病综合征的效果观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Dipyridamole Combined with Prednisone in the Treatment of Pediatric Nephrotic Syndrome

分析双嘧达莫联合泼尼松治疗小儿肾病综合征的效果。选取2022年1月—2023年2月铜仁市人民医院收治的70例小儿肾病综合征患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患儿分为两组,分别为对比组与实验组,每组各35例。对比组实施双嘧达莫的单一药物治疗方案,实验组实施双嘧达莫联合泼尼松治疗方案,对比两组患儿治疗效果。结果显示,实验组患儿临床症状改善时间短于对比组(P<0.05),肾功能指标和凝血功能指标优于对比组(P<0.05)。研究发现,双嘧达莫联合泼尼松治疗小儿肾病综合征效果显著,有助于患儿临床症状的改善。

Analyze the efficacy of dipyridamole combined with prednisone in the treatment of pediatric nephrotic syndrome.70 children with nephrotic syndrome admitted to Tongren City People’s Hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The children were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,namely a control group and an experimental group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with a single drug therapy regimen of dipyridamole,while the experimental group was treated with a combination of dipyridamole and prednisone.The treatment effects of the two groups of children were compared.The results showed that the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the renal function indicators and coagulation function indicators were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that dipyridamole combined with prednisone has a significant effect on the treatment of pediatric nephrotic syndrome,which helps to improve clinical symptoms in children.
