Analyze the pharmacological mechanism and efficacy of salbutamol sulfate nebulized inhalation solution in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis.90 children with bronchiolitis admitted to Liupanshui Shuicheng District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects. The children were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine+budesonide treatment, while the observation group received routine+budesonide+salbutamol sulfate nebulized inhalation solution treatment. The treatment effects of the two groups of children were compared. The results showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the lung function indicators and inflammatory factor levels were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptom improvement time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that salbutamol sulfate nebulized inhalation solution has the effect of dilating the bronchi, helping to accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms in children, reduce the stimulation of inflammatory factors on the airways of children, improve therapeutic effects, and improve lung function in children.Children have fewer adverse reactions, and have high clinical application and promotion value.
