新型生物陶瓷材料用于年轻恒磨牙牙髓切断术中的临床价值分析

摘要 分析新型生物陶瓷材料用于年轻恒磨牙牙髓切断术中的临床价值。选取2020年6月—2021年5月期间78例需采取牙髓切断术治疗的患儿为研究对象,根据所使用的生物陶瓷材料不同,随机分为观察组和对照组,各39例。所有患儿均采取牙髓切断术治疗,操作均同一支牙科医生团队完成,对照组采用MTA盖髓,观察组使用iRoot BP生物陶瓷盖髓剂,通过对比牙本质桥形成情况,手术治疗成功率,牙周微生态环境,血清炎症因子,临床指标变化情况判断治疗效果。结果显示,术后观察组牙本质桥形成情况,年轻恒磨牙牙髓切断术成功率均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿AL、PLI、GI等牙周微生态环境各项指标恢复情况和各项炎症指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,新型iRoot BP生物陶瓷盖髓剂可取得与MTA相似的牙髓切断术治疗效果,且具有固化时间短、牙齿不易变色、无需预调,操作简捷等特点,更适合应用于年轻恒磨牙牙髓切断术。 Analyze the clinical value of new bioceramic materials used in pulpotomy for young permanent molars.A total of 78 pediatric patients who required pulpotomy treatment from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Based on the different bioceramic materials used,they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 39 patients in each group.All patients were treated with pulpotomy using the same team of dentists.The control group received MTA pulp capping,while the observation group received iRoot BP bioceramic pulp capping.The treatment effect was evaluated by comparing the formation of dentin bridges,the success rate of surgical treatment,the periodontal microenvironment,serum inflammatory factors,and changes in clinical indicators.The results showed that the success rate of pulpotomy for young permanent molars in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)in terms of the formation of dentin bridges after surgery;After treatment,the recovery of periodontal microenvironment indicators such as AL,PLI,GI,and various inflammatory indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the new iRoot BP bioceramic pulp capping agent can achieve a similar therapeutic effect to MTA for pulpotomy,and has the characteristics of short solidification time,less discoloration of teeth,no need for pre adjustment,and simple operation,making it more suitable for young permanent molars undergoing pulpotomy.
