集束化疼痛护理在多发性骨髓瘤患者护理中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Cluster Pain Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Multiple Myeloma

探究集束化疼痛护理在多发性骨髓瘤患者护理中的应用。选取2022年2月—2023年3月西安交通大学第一附属医院收治的50例多发性骨髓瘤患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为两组,分别为对照组和试验组,每组各25例。对照组实施普通干预,试验组实施集束化疼痛护理干预,对比两组患者护理效果。结果显示,试验组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗总有效率和护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),心理状态评分和生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,集束化疼痛护理在多发性骨髓瘤患者护理中的应用效果明显,可有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善患者心理状态,患者护理满意度高,在临床应用存在一定借鉴价值。

Explore the application of cluster pain care in the care of patients with multiple myeloma.Fifty patients with multiple myeloma admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from February 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group,with 25 patients in each group.The control group received regular intervention,while the experimental group received bundled pain care intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the VAS score of the experimental group patients was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the overall treatment efficiency and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The psychological state score and quality of life score were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of cluster pain care in the care of patients with multiple myeloma has a significant effect,which can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression,improve the psychological state of patients,and have high satisfaction with patient care.It has certain reference value in clinical application.
