舒适护理在重症患者护理中的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Comfort Nursing in the Care of Critically Ill Patients

分析在重症患者护理中应用舒适护理的作用,为临床护理工作提供相应参考。随机抽取2022年1月—2023年1月清水县人民医院收治的130例重症患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=65,基础护理)和观察组(n=65,针对性舒适护理),对两组干预前后心理状态、舒适度、睡眠质量、生活质量及综合征发生率进行对比。结果显示,干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分明显较低(P<0.05);观察组GCQ评分较高,护理满意度较高,PSQI评分较低(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分较高(P<0.05);观察组综合征发生率较低(P<0.05)。研究发现,在重症患者护理中应用舒适护理可降低患者综合征的发生率,缓解患者负面情绪,提升患者睡眠质量和护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Analyze the role of applying comfort care in the care of critically ill patients,and provide corresponding references for clinical nursing work.130 critically ill patients admitted to The People’s Hospital of Qingshui from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(n=65,basic care)and an observation group(n=65,targeted comfort care)using a random number table method.The psychological status,comfort,sleep quality,quality of life,and incidence of syndrome were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.The results showed that after intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05);The observation group had higher GCQ scores,higher nursing satisfaction,and lower PSQI scores(P<0.05);The observation group had a higher quality of life score(P<0.05);The incidence of syndrome in the observation group was relatively low(P<0.05).Research has found that applying comfort care in the care of critically ill patients can reduce the incidence of patient syndrome,alleviate negative emotions,improve sleep quality and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
