心理护理联合预见性护理对上消化道出血患者负性情绪的改善探讨

Exploring the Improvement of Negative Emotions in Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage by Combining Psychological Nursing and Predictive Nursing

探讨心理护理联合预见性护理对上消化道出血(upper gastrointestinal bleeding,UGIB)患者负性情绪的改善作用。选取110例UGIB患者,均为蒙阴县人民医院门诊部2021年6月—2023年1月所收治,按抽签法做随机分组,分为对照组(预见性护理,55例)与干预组(预见性护理+心理护理,55例),比较两组患者的总出血量、再出血率、住院时间、不良心理评分、生活质量评分、并发症率、总护理满意率。结果显示,与对照组比较,干预组的总出血量更少,再出血率更低,住院时间更短,不良心理评分更低,各项生活质量评分更高,总护理满意率更高,总并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。研究发现,心理护理联合预见性护理应用于UGIB患者护理中的效果显著,可有效改善患者负性情绪,减少患者出血量,降低患者并发症发生率,可促进患者康复,提升患者生活质量,值得推广应用。

Exploring the improvement effect of psychological nursing combined with predictive nursing on negative emotions in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGIB).110 UGIB patients were selected,all admitted to the Outpatient Department of Mengyin County Hospital from June 2021 to January 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group(predictive care,55 cases)and an intervention group(predictive care+psychological care,55 cases)using a lottery method.The total bleeding volume,rebleeding rate,hospitalization time,adverse psychological scores,quality of life scores,complication rate,and total nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that compared with the control group,the intervention group had lower total bleeding volume,lower rebleeding rate,shorter hospital stay,lower adverse psychological scores,higher quality of life scores,higher overall nursing satisfaction rate,and lower overall complication incidence(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of psychological care combined with predictive care in the care of UGIB patients has a significant effect,which can effectively improve negative emotions,reduce bleeding,reduce the incidence of complications,promote patient recovery,improve patient quality of life,and is worth promoting and applying.
