基于无人机遥感影像DEM生产与精度评价

摘要 土地承包经营权确权需要以正射影像作为工作底图,因此需要采用分辨率优于0.2 m的真彩色数码航空摄影并处理制作分辨率优于0.2 m(1∶2000)的数字正射影像图(Digital Orthophoto Map,DOM),局部区域采用分辨率优于0.5 m的遥感卫星DOM制作并形成用于调查和实测的基础工作底图。作为DOM生产的基础,探讨了应用于土地确权的数字高程模型(Digital Elevation Model,DEM)的生产过程。对DEM生产中空三加密处理等进行了详细规划与实施,建立了DEM作业步骤与主要技术指标,进行了精度检查等工作。 The confirmation of land contract and management rights needs the orthophoto as the working base map,so it is necessary to adopt true color digital aerial photography with a resolution better than 0.2m to process and produce the digital orthophoto map(DOM)with a resolution better than 0.2m(1∶2000),and adopt the DOM with a resolution better than 0.5m to make and form a basic working base map for investigation and actual measurement in some areas.As the basis of the production of DOMs,this paper discusses the production process of the DEM that is applied to confirm land rights,plans and implements the aerial triangulation processing in the production of the digital elevation model(DEM)in detail,establishes the operation steps and main technical indicators of DEMs,and carries out accuracy inspection and other work.
