地铁车辆构架检修表面漆层去除工艺的研究

摘要 地铁车辆构架极易受振动轮轴与车体荷载的影响,导致构架弯曲变形。由于制动部件、齿轮箱和电动机等装于构架中,导致构架所承载荷载较大,需要增加构架强度,若地铁车辆运行期间构架发生破损,很容易引发车辆脱轨。为防止车辆脱轨,需要定期检修构架,重点检修构架焊接位置,需要通过磁粉探伤法检查构架焊接区域。磁粉探伤主要是借助车辆缺陷部位吸收磁粉能力判断,先将荧光磁粉涂抹于地铁车辆构架表面,再借助紫外线作用,借助磁化器检测焊接和周边区域,若检测时不去除油漆层,则会对检查结果产生影响。主要探讨地铁车辆构架检修过程中的表面漆层去除工艺,并对比工艺优化前后的效果,结果表明:钢丝轮角向磨光机可有效去除油漆层,不仅提升了产品质量,而且也大大节约了构架检修成本。 The subway vehicle framework is located on the bogie,and the framework is highly susceptible to the influence of vibrating wheel axles and vehicle body loads,resulting in the bending and deformation of the framework.Because braking components,gearboxes and electric motors are installed in the framework,the load carried by the framework is relatively large,and the strength of the framework needs to be increased.If damage occurs during the operation of subway vehicles,it is easy to cause vehicle derailment.To prevent vehicle derailment,the regular maintenance of the framework is necessary,with a focus on the welding position of the framework,and it is necessary to use magnetic particle inspection to inspect the welding area of the framework.Magnetic particle inspection mainly relies on the ability of the defective parts of the vehicle to absorb magnetic particles to judge.First,fluorescent magnetic powder is applied to the surface of the subway vehicle framework,and then the welding and surrounding areas are detected with the help of ultraviolet radiation and a magnetizer.If the paint layer is not removed during inspection,it will have an impact on inspection results.This article mainly discusses the removal process of paint layers on the surface during the maintenance of subway vehicle frameworks,and compares the effects before and after process optimization.The results show that the wire wheel angle grinder can effectively remove the paint layer,which not only improves product quality,but also greatly saves the maintenance cost of frameworks.
