摘要
铜及铜合金的焊接是工业应用的重点和难点。如何解决铜在焊接中的难溶与热裂问题是研究铜焊接技术的关键,摩擦焊是一种利用金属熔融进行焊接的一种工艺技术,然而对于铜及铜合金的研究较少。通过分析现有技术的优缺点和研究进展,对摩擦焊接的关键工艺进行了设计分析,并通过试验验证,做出了工艺参与焊接质量的相关图,确定了合理可行的工艺方案,为铜与铜合金的摩擦焊接应用提供了理论的补充。
The welding of copper and copper alloy is the focus and difficulty of industrial applications.How to solve the problem of the refractory and hot cracking of copper in welding is the key to studying copper welding technology.Friction welding is a process technology that uses metal melting to weld,but research on copper and copper alloy is less.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing technologies and research progress,this paper designs and analyzes the key process of friction welding,makes the relevant diagrams of the process involved in welding quality through experimental verification,and determines the reasonable and feasible process plan,which provides a theoretical supplement for the application of the friction welding of copper and copper alloy.
