摘要 该文借助互联网+、采用Web程序,以开源的PHP语言进行开发设计。该平台具备气象科普知识在线学习、在线答题、自动评分、试题管理、学习答题统计、更换界面模板等功能,使其适用手机、电脑、平板等不同设备,可无缝接入微信公众号平台,无须安装,便于传播和推广,增强公众互动体验,交互参与科普行为。以互动答题的形式,增加用户的参与程度,能够增强公众对气象知识的了解,提升防御气象灾害的能力和意识。 With the help of the Internet,this paper adopts the WEB program and uses open source PHP language to develop and design.The platform has functions such as the online learning,online answering,automatic scoring,test question management,learning answer statistics and changing interface templates of meteorological science popularization knowledge,making it suitable for different devices such as mobile phones,computers and tablets.It can be seamlessly connected to the WeChat Official Account platform without installation,which facilitates communication and promotion,and enhances the behavior of the interactive experience and interactive participation in science popularization of the public.Increasing users'participation in the form of interactive answer can enhance the public's understanding of meteorological knowledge,and enhance the ability and awareness of meteorological disaster prevention.
