RPA研究热点与研究趋势分析

Analysis of Research Hotspots and Trends of RPA

基于2018-2022年中国知网期刊数据库,以“RPA”“流程自动化”“机器人流程自动化”为主题检索词检索的符合研究主题的93篇文章有研究对象,利用Citespace(引文空间)软件对研究对象的关键词聚类研究热点、研究趋势等方面进行分析。分析发现:RPA相关研究时间起步在2018年,研究热点主要聚焦在RPA软件应用、RPA研发设计两个方面,核心期刊上相关研究文献数量较少,相关研究不够深入,应用研究领域不够宽泛。

Based on the CNKI journal database from 2018 to 2022,this article takes the retrieved 93 articles that fit research themes with the subject retrieval terms of"RPA","process automation",and"robotic process automation"as research objects,and uses Citespace software to analyze the research hotspots and trends of the keyword clustering of research objects.Through analysis,it is found that research related to RPA started in 2018,research hotspots mainly were focused on the application of RPA software and the development and design of RPA,and that there was the small number of relevant research literature,incomplete relevant research and limited application research fields in core journals.
