专利联盟成员技术竞合对企业技术创新的影响研究

Research on the Innovation Incentive Effect of Patent Alliance Members’Technology Coopetition

结合战略管理理论和合作竞争理论,使用社会网络分析、实证分析等方法,构建专利联盟技术竞合对企业创新绩效影响的理论模型。选取国际专利联盟管理机构MPEG LA公司12个专利联盟中的65个成员作为研究样本,从MPEG LA官方网站、智慧芽数据库等渠道获取所需数据。使用Stata17.0软件,运用负二项回归实证探究专利联盟技术竞合对企业创新绩效的影响。研究结果表明,专利联盟成员技术合作水平正向影响企业创新绩效,专利联盟成员技术竞争强度负向影响企业创新绩效;专利联盟成员技术竞争强度对技术合作水平创新激励效应具有显著的负向调节作用。

Combining strategic management theory and cooperative competition theory,using social network analysis,empirical analysis and other methods,a theoretical model of the impact of patent alliance technology coopetition on enterprise innovation performance is constructed.Select 65 members of the 12 patent alliances of the international patent alliance management agency MPEG LA as research samples,and obtain the required data from the official website of MPEG LA and the smart bud database.Using Stata17.0 software,negative binomial regression is used to empirically explore the impact of patent alliance technology coopetition on enterprise innovation performance.The results show that the technical cooperation level of patent alliance members positively affects the innovation performance of enterprises,and the technical competition intensity of patent alliance members negatively affects the innovation performance of enterprises;the technical competition intensity of patent alliance members has a significant negative moderating effect on the innovation incentive effect of technical cooperation level.
