社会企业参与养老托育服务路径研究——以成都市为例

Research on the Way for Social Enterprises to Participate in the Elderly-Children Care Service——Taking Chengdu as an Example

通过对成都市两家参与养老托育工作的典型社会企业的实地调研发现,社会企业凭借其突出的可持续发展能力与服务创新能力,在解决“一老一小”问题方面发挥了重要作用,也为我国加快建设和完善养老托育体系提供了新思路、新选择。未来,我国应该积极鼓励社会企业参与养老托育服务,提升服务质量、创新服务内容,实现老有所养、幼有所托。

Through a survey of two typical social enterprises engaged in elderly-children care work in Chengdu,we found that social enterprises play an essential role in solving the problem of“one elderly and one child”by their outstanding capacity for sustainable development and innovation service,which provide new options for China to accelerate the construction of the elderly-children care system.In the future,China should encourage the participation of social enterprise to improve service quality and innovate service content,so as to achieve a sense of care for the elderly and children.
