异常子宫出血应用宫腔镜的诊断价值及治疗效果分析

Analysis of the Diagnostic Value and Therapeutic Effect of Hysteroscopy on Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

探讨对异常子宫出血患者开展宫腔镜诊断的价值并分析临床疗效。选择2021年3月—2023年5月贵州省石阡县中医医院接诊的168例异常子宫出血患者作为研究对象,将其按照抽签法分组,分为参照组和观察组,每组84例,参照组采取传统诊断方式,观察组应用宫腔镜诊断。对比两组患者诊断结果及临床疗效。结果显示,参照组诊断准确率为61.90%(52/84),观察组诊断准确率为94.05%(79/84),观察组诊断准确率高于参照组(P<0.05);参照组并发症发生率为36.90%(31/84),观察组并发症发生率为3.57%(3/84),观察组并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,应用宫腔镜诊断异常子宫出血,诊断准确性、安全性高,值得推广应用。

Explore the value of hysteroscopy diagnosis for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding and analyze clinical efficacy.168 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding who were admitted to Shiqian Country Hospital of TCMA from March 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a reference group and an observation group by drawing lots,with 84 cases in each group.The reference group was diagnosed using traditional methods,while the observation group was diagnosed using hysteroscopy.Compare the diagnostic results and clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.The results showed that the diagnostic accuracy of the reference group was 61.90%(52/84),while the diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was 94.05%(79/84).The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the reference group was 36.90%(31/84),while the incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.57%(3/84).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that using hysteroscopy to diagnose abnormal uterine bleeding has high diagnostic accuracy and safety,and is worth promoting and applying.
